TENDER NOTICE
1. The Principal, Sainik School, Sujanpur Tira invites sealed tenders from reputed/Govt Contractors for the following supplies/services/contracts for the session 2012-13: -

2. Supplies and Services are required for approx 600 students and staff members for one year. Tender form with terms and conditions, containing other details can be obtained from School Office on payment of Rs.200/- through bank draft in favour of Principal, Sainik School, Sujanpur Tira payable at PNB/SBI/Canara Bank Sujanpur Tira (HP). The Tender Form can also be downloaded from the School Website www.sainikschoolsujanpurtira.org. In such a case a DD for Rs. 200/-may also be forwarded as Registration Fee in a separate envelope alongwith filled Tender Documents. Sealed tenders must be submitted to Sainik School, Sujanpur Tira by 1330 hrs on 24 Mar 2012 alongwith earnest money of Rs.2000/- by demand draft in favour of Principal, Sainik School, Sujanpur Tira. Tenders will be opened at 1000 hrs on 26 Mar 2012 in the presence of available bidders/suppliers.
3. THE PRINCIPAL RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REJECT OR ACCEPT ANY OR ALL THE TENDERS OR ACCEPT THEM IN PARTS OR TO REJECT THE LOWEST TENDER WITHOUT ASSIGNING ANY REASON.
