Gp Capt TN Sridhar joined as Principal, on 17 Dec 2012. Prior to the present appointment he functioned as the Command Education Officer, at Headquarters, Western Air Command, Subroto Park, New Delhi.

Gp Capt TN Sridhar hails from Chennai and he completed his graduation as well as his post graduation in English Literature from Pachaiyappa’s College, Chennai before joining IAF. He was commissioned in the Education Branch of the Indian Air Force in June 1986.

Gp Capt TN Sridhar is an Alumni of the prestigious Defence Services Staff College, Wellington and is thoroughly acquainted with the operational aspects of all three services. Accordingly the University of Madras awarded him the Master’s Degree of M Sc in Defence and Strategic Studies. He is well trained in intelligence operations and has had two fruitful tenures as an intelligence Officer. He was posted as Joint Director of Education, at Air Headquarters, New Delhi and also functioned for four years as Executive Director of Air Force Bal Bharti School, Lodhi Road, New Delhi. He has had three instructional assignments in airmen training institutions and one tenure as Senior Instructor in Air Force Administrative College, which trains middle level officers of the Indian Air Force. For his exceptional devotion to duty he was awarded the Chief of Air Staff Commendation in 2011.

He has served as member of Air Force Selection Board, being a Group Testing Officer involved in selecting officers for the Indian Armed Forces. He is a qualified counselor and has completed his M Sc in Psychology from Madras University. He also possesses a Bachelor of Law Degree which he obtained from Dr. Ambedkar Law University, Madras. He is a sports enthusiast and keenly participates in Cricket and Volley ball. He is an avid-reader and dwells deeply into works on personality development.

Mrs Gitamalini Sridhar, M Sc (Psychology), B Sc (Maths) is an experienced teacher and counsels young children and their parents on career and other stress related issues. Sridhars are blessed with two daughters who are presently studying in classes XI and VIII.

Wing Commander C Paveen Kirubakar Kennedy holds a post graduate degree in M.Sc. (Applied Maths) with Specialisation in Operations Research from Bishop Heber College, Trichy, Tamil Nadu and a Diploma in International Statistical Education from Indian Statistical Institute, Kolkatta. The officer is also an alumnus of St. Joseph of Clunny Higher Secondary School, Neyveli, Tamil Nadu and the Prestigious St. Joseph`s College, Trichy, Tamil Nadu. The officer was commissioned in the Education Branch of the Indian Air Force in the year 1989 and has held various instructional and staff appointments with distinction over his service spanning over 20 years.

The officer has been an instructor at National Defence Academy, Khadakwaslla, Pune and Air Force Academy, Dundigal, Hyderabad amongst other Airmen Training Establishments. His staff appointments include his tenure as Adm Trg Officer, Command Stats Officer and System Analyst and Command IT Officer at Head Quarters Training Command, IAF and GSO (Systems) at National Defence College, New Delhi.

Before taking over as Headmaster of Sainik School, Sujanpur Tira, the officer has served as Senior Education Officer at a premier air base in Central India and a front line air base in Punjab Area where in he looked after the administration of Air Force Schools and Kendriya Vidyalayas.

The officer has a rich experience in computer programming and networking and was commended by the Chief of Air Staff in the year 2005 for his dedication and hard work in setting up the Command Head Quarters Operations Centre at Bangalore. He is married to Mrs. Sharmila Devi who has over ten years of teaching experience in various Air Force Schools, Kendriya Vidyalayas and Convent Schools. The couple have a son and daughter who are studying in XIth and VIIth classes respectively at Sainik School, Sujanpur Tira.
