Sainik School Sujanpur Tira is located on the western end of famous "Chaugan", probably the largest `flat surface` in the whole of Himachal. The school has an area of 328 kanals and 18 marlas out of which the area covered by buildings/ roads  and  by  lawns / garden / playground  is  8440 and 51500 sq mtrs respectively.

Well ventilated ,airy class rooms equipped with modern teaching aids along with well equipped Labs for Chemistry, Physics, Maths, Biology and Computers are available. Smart class rooms have been introduced in all class rooms from academic session 2011-12 to enable multi-sensory of cadets.
